It is a fully funded scholarship; candidates apply to study in tuition-free universities in Germany, and the funding body, DAAD, provides living stipends of €11,904 per year, health insurance, and accommodation.

5. University of Stuttgart Software Engineering Scholarship:
The University of Stuttgart, Germany, offers fully funded scholarships to interested candidates who want to conduct their doctoral research in Software Engineering in their SOLA laboratory.
