22 year old Hauwa Ibrahim Aminu has achieved an outstanding success as she earns first class degree from Lancaster University in Ghana and 100% masters grade from Middlesex University in United Kingdom.
Hauwa Ibrahim bagged her Bachelors degree in Computer science with a First-class honors from the Lancaster University in Ghana. She furthered her studies to obtain a Masters degree in Business Information and Systems Management.
Hauwa bagged her Masters degree with a distinction from Middlesex University, Mauritius in the United Kingdom. She also developed two applications the “ArchiScope” and ‘JupiMart’ app which uses Artificial Intelligence and technology to help Architects communicate their designs effectively with clients.
Talking about what motivated her to create the applications, Hauwa said she was inspired to create the applications because of her passion to help people and solve their problems.

”I am someone that helps people to solve problems without even knowing that. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved the whole idea of creativity and innovation,” she said.
She mentioned that she has always loved programming and coding since she was young which was why she chose to study Computer Science for her bachelors degree.
”I chose Computer Science because of my passion for programming. I already had some knowledge about information, communication, and technology in general, so I was confident that it was something I would enjoy doing for the rest of my life, and given the trajectory of the world in technological advancement, I figured it was the right programme for me,” she said.

She said her both degrees intensified her passion and helped her to develop herself in the technology field. She added that she opted for for business administration for Masters in order to acquire more knowledge on business.
”Through my academic journey, I have developed an enthusiasm for research, while persistently deepening my zeal to make life easier for people by drawing from my own experiences, and those of others around me.,” she said.
Hauwa said she aims to push one of her applications to markets and industries outside Nigeria, especially in the West African sub-region in few years time.
”I have studied in three different African countries and have developed networks throughout. I intend to use these networks to introduce ArchiScope to architects in Ghana very soon,” she said.
Hauwa advised aspiring entrepreneurs and women who wants to venture in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Masters) to persevere and take advantages of every opportunity that come their way.
”My one piece of advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is to not give up on their goals. It definitely gets hard sometimes, and you are allowed to take breaks or a step back when you need it. But that should still not be an excuse to give up on your dreams, no matter what anyone tells you,” Hauwa advised.
”There are so many opportunities for people out there, especially the ladies because more people are trying to get more ladies into the field so that there will be a gender balance. I would advise ladies interested in STEM to take advantage of such opportunities as they are particularly useful,” she added.
Hauwa said she will take up employment for a few years after her National Youth Service, gain some experience, then later become an entrepreneur where she can generate employment and contribute to improve Nigeria’s economy.
