A 23-year-old lady named Ming Lee Simmons has bagged a degree in Fashion Business and Consumer Behavior at New York University.
Ming Lee Simmons who is a fashion model in the United States obtained her bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business and Consumer Behavior at the New York University, Gallatin School of individual studies.
Ming stated in an interview with Essence that she is glad to have finally graduated considering the different challenges that surrounded her completing school, citing the COVID-19 pandemic as a major one.
“Our whole generation had a really hard time ’cause it was COVID, and everything got shut down, and everything moved online, I think it just feels really good to be done,” she said.

Ming’s mother, Kimora Lee Simmons, a fashion stylist and top business mogul in the United States took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter, stating how much she is proud of Ming’s success.
”We did it!!! My 1st baby GRADUATED COLLEGE! NYU #ClassOf2023, It’s been a journey and a labor of love but YOU DID IT! Mama is soooo proud of you,” she captioned the post.
Ming mentioned that she would be following in the footsteps of her mother, by venturing into the Fashion industry as she had always had a passion for it. She added that she will start by working for her mother before creating a brand for herself.

“I studied fashion in school, and I really, really love working with my mom, so I’m gonna start there,” Ming said. ”Hopefully, in the future, I will be doing something with my own fashion brand and just kind of staying around the fashion world because that’s what makes me really happy,” she added.
