One of the most prevalent challenges was the recurrent academic union strikes, which disrupted the academic calendar and extended the duration of his studies. He said the strikes often caused delays in lectures, examinations, and research activities, affecting his overall learning experience and academic progress.

He mentioned that the Boko Haram insurgency and the lack of reliable electricity in the region affected him. The constant threat of violence and insecurity created fear and uncertainty, while unreliable electricity hindered research activities and made studying more challenging.

He recieved numerous awards in recognition of his academic achievements from both the university and distinguished personnel across the country. Muhammad advised student aiming to attain academic excellence to work diligently and maintain a prayerful mindset.

Muhammed said he envision himself making meaningful contributions to both animal and human welfare. He said his passion lies in the field of Veterinary Medicine, and he is eager to pursue a specialization in epidemiology and public health.
