A young Nigerian student, Chinemerem Timothy Diala, has gained admission into six different universities in America following the shut down of the educational system in Nigeria.
Chinemerem Timothy Diala, who is affected by the lingering ASUU strike, is currently a 200 level student of biology department, Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria, West Africa.
Diala who has passion for medical courses, wishes to make impact in the health care industry and to contribute meaningfully to achieve health equity.
While at home, he applied several schools abroad and he successfully got admitted into six different universities in America.

Diala gained acceptance into the following universities with partial funding scholarships; University of Akron, Ohio, University of Colorado, Denver, University of Mary, Washington DC, University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Middle Tenessee State University and Clemson University South Carolina.

Diala revealed on his Linkedin page that all the admissions he got are partial scholarships and he needs financial support which he can get by exploring scholarship opportunities shared on Scholarship Region.
He said “It’s a dream come true though I still need sponsorship to be able to pay the remaining cost.”
