The program will recognize the top 20 young talents around the country who have the passion to Want More, Do More, and Contribute More to become great Leaders with a positive impact.

The program is also to build relationships with seasoned industry professionals, and to expand your professional network even before you enter the world of work.

Requirements:
To be considered for the program, you must:
- be an undergraduate student at a Nigerian university or polytechnic.
- be resourceful and intelligently curious.
- be between 16-24 years old.
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence, personal development, and professional development.
- demonstrate an impressive record of initiative-taking and leadership.
- be a team player.
