A brilliant African man named Abdul-Kadir Ameyaw has emerged as the best graduating student of the Russian State Hydrometeorological University out of the 800 National and International graduate students in the University.
He graduated from the University with an outstanding score of 5.00/ 5.00 cumulative grade point average.
Abdul-Kadir Ameyaw, a Ghanaian native bagged his bachelor’s degree in Economics at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University with a perfect 5.00 over 5.00 first -class grade.
Abdul-Kadir has always been an exceptional student right from a young age. He was awarded a scholarship for his excellent performance while in high school by the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program.

After graduating high school, Abdul-Kadir proceeded to the University of Ghana for his bachelor’s degree but he transferred to Russia before completing his second year at the university.
Abdul Kadir transferred to the Russian State Hydrometeorological University with the Ghana-Russia Bilateral Scholarship. When he first entered the university, he mentioned facing learning challenges as they were being though with the Russian language.
“First year was the toughest because we were put in the same group with Russians and the lecturers never slowed down. I barely understood what was taught at lectures,” he recalled.

He stated that he overcame the challenge through a Language course he enrolled in. Abdul-Kadir added that he also developed the habit of studying ahead of every class.
Abdul-Kadir said that eventually he gained ground at the university, and represented the university at several academic and non-academic competitions. After he graduated, he won two scholarships for his master’s degree.
He was awarded the Economic Olympics of The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project from the Ministry of Education for winning the Olympics at the University . The Economics Olympics of The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Project granted him a full scholarship to pursue a master’s degree in any Russian university of his choice.
He chose St. Petersburg State University, Russia and luckily for him, he was also awarded a full scholarship by the St. Petersburg State University for his academic and extracurricular performance.
Abdul-Kadir accepted the Economic Olympics of The Open Doors Russian Scholarship to pursue his Masters in Management at the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University.
Abdul-Kadir also holds a doctorate degree in Business and Managerial Economics at the Graduate School of Management, St. Petersburg State University. and another Ph.D. in business administration at the Florida Atlantic University, United States.
