A brilliant Nigerian lady named Rejoice Hassan has won the prestigious Chevening Scholarship to study for her master’s degree at the University of Oxford, England in the United Kingdom.
Rejoice Hassan graduated from Covenant University, Nigeria with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She shared her achievement of winning a Chevening full scholarship to study for her master’s on LinkedIn.
Rejoice earned acceptance from both the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and was awarded two fully funded scholarships, the Chevening scholarship and the David Heleniak Foundation scholarship.
She shared that she will be choosing the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford to pursue her master’s of public policy sponsored by the Chevening Scholarship.

She said she sees the achievement as a time for her to transform her aspirations into tangible reality and make a significant contribution within the sphere of Public Policy globally.
Rejoice expressed gratitude to the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office of Nigeria for helping her through the application process. She also thanked the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford for giving her the opportunity.
He also thanked his family, friends, mentors, and everyone that have supported his academic pursuits so far for their guidance and encouragement.Â
