A brilliant United States Soldier, Leslie Hall has celebrated her years of devoted service to the United States after being required to retire due to some medical conditions.
Leslie Hall who has spent 8 years serving the United States Army as the Human Resources Manager explained through her Linkedin profile that her retirement is a bittersweet moment for her.
She joined the Army in 2018 as a Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Manager few years after completing her Bachelor of Art Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolna, Columbia, South Carolina, US.
Explaining why she had to retire from the United States Army, Leslie Hall said she suffered from some medical conditions that were initiated due to her service or aggravated by her service. “Unfortunately, I suffer from conditions that were initiated due to service or aggravated by my service and as a result, I began the medical evaluation board process. What should have taken 4-6 months, is now finally complete after 8! and fortunately for me, I will medically retire (honorably),” she wrote on Linkedin.

She expressed optimism that her time in the Army is like a book that has been completed and she will only now need to open another book. “When you’ve completed one book, just pick up another. Your story isn’t over…you are just beginning of a new chapter!” she wrote.

Before her final farewell in the Army, Leslie Hall announced that has started her transitioning into the professional world and had gotten an offer.Â
“Y’all I made this video prior to my site visit & interviews today! Interviewed with 5 different leaders & ate lunch with the president of the company! Literally, within hours…RECEIVED MY 1ST OFFER!” she said.
