A Nigerian Man known as Mayowa Joshua Amusan has graduated from one of the leading Universities in Africa, the University of Ibadan South West Nigeria, after bagging a first class from the Department of Agricultural Economics.

Scoring F9 in a subject indicates that the candidate scored between 0 and 39% (0 – 39/100) and therefore failed woefully.
