A determined young man named Terrel Ian Parker has finally graduated from Texas Southern University, United States after 17 years he was enrolled in the university.
Ian Parker is a United States Army from Houston, Texas who first enrolled in college in 2004, but could not graduate with his colleagues because of his job and some other factors.
Ian shared his achievement of graduating from Texas Southern University, stating that he took his first undergraduate course at the university in 2004 and graduated from the school 17 years later.
He bagged a bachelors degree in History at the university. ”I took my first undergrad class in August 2004. I finally received my bachelor’s degree in May 2021. Took me 17 long years, but I did it,” he wrote.

Ian also received an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Studies at Thomas Edison State University, United States. He is currently the Aide De Camp to the Commanding General of Medical Readiness Camp, Germany.
