Applications are now open for the 2026 Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Program.
Each year, top-performing graduates, mostly in their NYSC year or recently completed, are selected through a highly competitive three-stage process.
Since 2000, ViMP has produced over 1,000 alumni, many of whom now lead in business, policy, and social impact spaces across Nigeria and beyond.

Eligibility Requirements for Venture in Management Program (ViMP)
To be considered for the Venture in Management Program (ViMP), you must:
- Be Nigerian graduates aged 18–27 years
- Be awaiting NYSC posting, currently serving, or have completed NYSC within the last six months
- Be available for the full duration of the program
- Be willing to travel at their own cost if selected for physical participation
