An exceptional 7-year-old girl named Anaya Browne has achieved remarkable success after scoring in the 99.9th percentile on a nationally recognized IQ test, earning acceptance into Mensa, one of the world’s most prestigious high-IQ societies.
Her achievement is extraordinary because it places her among the most intellectually gifted children in the country.

Anaya's Story and How She Did It
Anaya is a student at Wilson Elementary School in Sanford, where her curiosity, intelligence, and eagerness to learn have already distinguished her from many of her peers.
Her journey to this remarkable milestone began when she took a standardized intelligence test designed to assess reasoning, problem-solving, and intellectual ability.
While many children might find such an assessment intimidating, Anaya approached the challenge even when she was insure about the outcome.

Anaya worried about whether she would perform well. However, when the results arrived, she exceeded everyone’s expectations.
The test revealed that Anaya had scored higher than 99.9% of children in her age group across the country, a result that immediately qualified her for membership in Mensa.
Mensa is recognized as the world’s largest, oldest, and most well-known high-IQ society. Membership is reserved for individuals who score within the top 2% of the general population on approved intelligence tests.
With her score placing her well above the qualification threshold, Anaya secured her place among some of the brightest minds in the world.
Her parents, Tiffany and Kevis Browne, were initially surprised when they received the results. Kevis stated that the family did not immediately realize the significance of the score.
“We got the results, and at first we were like, is this a good thing? Or what’s going on?” he recalled.
As they learned more about the results, they discovered that their daughter had outperformed more than 99.9% of students in her age group nationwide. For her mother, Tiffany Browne, the achievement represented more than just a test score.
She described the joy of watching her daughter grow, develop her talents, and exceed expectations. “This little person you have dreams and thoughts for, and then to see them turn out so good is really just this huge blessing,” she said.
Despite her impressive achievement, Anaya remains a cheerful and humble child.
Reflecting on the test, she admitted that she felt anxious beforehand and wondered whether she would do well. “Yeah, I was kind of scared. Like, what if I don’t do good?” she said.
Fortunately, her fears proved unnecessary. “And then I ended up doing amazing,” she added with a smile. Anaya’s success has also earned praise from her teachers.
Her first-grade teacher, Patria Slaughter, commended both Anaya’s abilities and the strong support system provided by her family. She noted that the young student benefits from a loving home environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
“I’m so grateful that I got to be a part of her life, and I wish her the best,” Slaughter said.
Now a member of Mensa at just seven years old, Anaya has already accomplished something many adults never achieve.
Her remarkable score has placed her among an elite group of intellectually gifted individuals and opened doors to educational opportunities that can help nurture her abilities in the years ahead.
As for other children who may be facing challenges in school or doubting themselves, Anaya has a simple but powerful message: “You got this, you can do this!”
