A brilliant Nigerian Lady named Tamunoipirinye Royal Banigo has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law with a remarkable 4.76 cumulative grade point average.
Celebrating the achievement on Linkedin, she said the completion of the university degree marked the culmination of a remarkable five-year journey. She said her academic path was not without its challenges.
After starting with a 5.0 cumulative grade point average in her first semester of 100-level, she encountered difficulties in subsequent semesters, leading to a temporary decline in my grades.

Royal said at one point, her dream of graduating with first-class honors seemed unattainable. However, with determination and resilience, she regained momentum, achieving consecutive 5.0 grade points in her final three semesters (400-level and 500-level).
She said fortunately her persistence paid off, resulting in an impressive overall cumulative grade point average of 4.76/5.0, which positioned me as the fourth-best graduating law student in her set.
She stated that her accomplishment would not have been possible without the guidance of her esteemed lecturers, whose expertise, patience, and mentorship played a crucial role in my academic growth.
She thanked her friends for being an invaluable study partner. Royal said the academic support and encouragement were instrumental in the achievement.
Royal said as she embarks on this new chapter, she is reminded that success is not achieved through individual effort alone but through the collective support and blessings of those around you.
Advising those embarking on or continuing their academic journey Royak said they should set clear goals and priorities, develop a growth mindset, embrace challenges create a study routine and stay consistent.
She also added that should seek help when needed and never hesitate, balance academics with extracurricular activities; and put God first in all they do. Royal said she is excited about the next phase and look forward to making meaningful impacts in my profession.
