Namanda Zaharah posted on her social media handle that she has graduated with an MSc in Education, Public Policy & Equity (with distinction) from the University of Glasgow through the Commonwealth Scholarship.
The Commonwealth Scholarships is a yearly award funded by the United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to assist candidates from least developed and lower middle income Commonwealth countries to stufy a full-time Master’s degree on selected courses, jointly supported by UK universities.
Applications for two separate Commonwealth Awards is ongoing – The Commonwealth Shared Scholarships – Details HERE and The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships (QECS) – Details HERE.
Applications for the Commonwealth Shared Scholarships is slated to close on Monday December 20, 2021 while applications for the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships will close on Monday January 10, 2022.
Namanda Zaharah, a citizen of Uganda expressed her gratitude upon the completion of her Masters Degree in in Education, Public Policy & Equity at the University of Glasgow.
“Thank you for choosing me! Today I graduate with an MSc in Education, Public Policy & Equity (with distinction) at University of Glasgow,” she wrote on her twitter handle.
She also thanked her supervisor, Dr. Imran Sharif expressing that the feedback on her dissertation exhibited high originality and is rare at a short Master’s level.
