This 12-year-old boy joins the 99% of genius worldwide after scoring 146 in IQ test, hopes to study Law at Harvard

A brilliant 12-year-old boy named Oliver Matos Reyes has achieved remarkable success after scoring an impressive 146 on an IQ test. This achievement places him in the 99th percentile of highly gifted individuals worldwide.

From a very young age, Oliver has displayed exceptional intelligence and curiosity. Now, he is already setting his sights on attending Harvard University, where he hopes to study Law in the future.

Oliver's Story and How She Did It

Born in Venezuela and now based in the United States, Oliver’s intelligence has stood out from a very young age. According to his mother, he began reading fluently at just two years old and demonstrated an unusual curiosity about the world early in life.

By the age of five, he could confidently identify countries on a globe while discussing their populations and economies, an ability far beyond his age group.

Now in seventh grade, Oliver’s IQ score of 146 places him in the “very superior” or gifted range, confirming what his parents and teachers had long suspected about his exceptional abilities.

Oliver currently attends Mobile Christian School in Alabama, where he continues to excel academically. He is also deeply interested in subjects like economics, history, and geopolitics, fields he actively explores through self-learning and discussions.

Beyond academics, he has already started building leadership skills by creating an economics club and sharing educational content online, where he teaches others about global issues and current affairs.

His parents, who are both medical professionals, recognized his unique abilities early and ensured he was placed in advanced academic programs to support his growth.

Looking ahead, Oliver has set his sights on attending Harvard University, where he hopes to study Law. But his ambitions go beyond personal success.

Also, he dreams of returning to Venezuela someday to help fix the country’s economic and political challenges, improve governance, and create better opportunities for its people. “I would like to fix the economic situation… fix the corruption and give people hope,” Oliver said.
