17-year-old Twins, Devon and Dylan Lee emerged as the best-graduating at Herricks High School in Long Island, New York in the United States.
Devon, who was named valedictorian with an impressive GPA of 4.224, and Dylan, the salutatorian with a GPA of 4.218, have both earned acceptances to Ivy League universities in the United States.
Despite excelling academically, the twins focused on enjoying their high school years, balancing their studies with sports, music, and friendships.

Devon, an accomplished athlete and musician, led his school’s volleyball team to back-to-back championships, earned All-County honors, and ranks among Long Island’s top 50 volleyball players.
He also achieved state and regional honors in music, played at Carnegie Hall, and placed second in the New York Laureate International Music Competition as a cellist.
Dylan, also a standout on the championship volleyball team, is known for his achievements in long-distance running, with first-place finishes in a 10K and two half marathons. An avid jazz musician, he has placed highly in national competitions and works to promote jazz at Herricks High, building a vibrant music culture within the school.
The twins said they share a close bond and support each other academically, often studying together and helping each other stay on track.
They were surprised with the news of their top-ranking achievements in the school office, joined by their parents, and celebrated virtually with their older sister, who was the school’s previous valedictorian and now attends the California Institute of Technology.
Devon plans to pursue computer science at Cornell University, and Dylan plans to study biomedical engineering at Yale University. Though this marks the first time the twins will live apart, they are excited to embark on their new paths.
“We have a special bond with each other, I would say, and we can understand each other way better than pretty much anyone else can,” Devon said.
“I’m definitely nervous to an extent to be separated, but I think I’m just as equally excited to finally see what it’s like to be out in the world on my own,” he said.
