Details of University of Cambridge FIBE3 Studentship:
EPSRC FIBE3 CDT Generic Studentship offers funding for a number of 1+3 MRes/PHD studentships, in collaboration with industry.
The University of Cambridge Studentships are PhD opportunities funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
Studentships start on 1 October each year for both full-time and part-time applicants and successful candidates will be required to complete their MRes/PhD within the duration of the studentship award.

Eligibility Requirements for University of Cambridge Studentships
To be considered for the EPSRC FIBE3 CDT Generic Studentships, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university.
- Have (or expect to obtain by the start date) a high 2.1 degree, preferably at masters level, in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
- Have a background in concrete works.
- Meet the entry requirements for an MRes/PhD at Cambridge.
- Satisfy the English Language requirements of the university.

The EPSRC provides funding for the University of Cambridge FIBE3 Studentship selected candidates. The funding covers;
- tuition fees at the Home rate
- and a living stipend of £20,780 per year.

To apply for the University of Cambridge FIBE3 Studentship, interested and qualified candidates should;

- In submitting a general application, use your research proposal to articulate how your research interest aligns with the FIBE3 themes (see Roadmap and Research Enablers), and identifies the FIBE3 CDT industry partner(s) to whom your research would be relevant.
