A young African boy named Albert Bangura has emerged as the best graduating student of Bahcesehir Cyprus University with a Computer Engineering degree.
Albert Bangura is a Sierra Leonne native who bagged a Computer Engineering with high honors from Bahcesehir Cyprus University. As a result of his outstanding performance, he was awarded the overall best graduating student for 2023 award by the Office of International Students in the university.
Albert described his achievement as a jaw-dropping one and a dream come through for him when he received the news via an email.
“I am truly honored to be recognized as the best graduating student of my department and the overall best student of the Class of 2023. It’s a dream come true for me, and I am grateful for all the support and opportunities that the university has provided,” he said.

He said though he had always predicted to come out top of his class, he never thought of being the best graduating student of the whole university.
”I was informed by mail that I am the best graduating student of the Computer Engineering department, I was really happy,” Albert said.
”However, the one that really got me overwhelmed with joy today was when I was informed and congratulated by the Office of International students that I am the OVERALL BEST GRADUATING STUDENT, Class of 2023,” he added.
