Young African man graduates with first-class in Pharmacy, wins scholarship to 4 UK universities at the same time

A brilliant Nigerian man named Adebisi Yusuff Adebayo has set an outstanding record after securing scholarships into four (4) world-class universities in the United Kingdom with his first-class degree in Pharmacy.

Yusuff Adebayo graduated from the University of Ibadan, South-West, Nigeria with an outstanding first-class Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). He emerged as one of the best graduating students in the university.

The determined young man however proceeded to apply for scholarships in the United Kingdom as his passion for research remains top of his priority. Yusuff explained that he applied for scholarships at four top UK universities including the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, the University of Nottingham and the University of Southampton.

His applications were considered by the four universities and they all granted him scholarship offers to join their respective institutions. The University of Cambridge offered him a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Population Health Sciences, and the University of Cambridge offered him an MPH in Global Health.

The University of Southampton and the University of Oxford offered him an MSc in Global Health and an MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology respectively.

Left with the option of selecting one of the four options, Yusuff Adebayo revealed that he has decided to enrol at the prestigious University of Oxford on a fully funded scholarship, making him one of the eight scholars nominated to the University of Oxford.

“It is an honor to be one of the eight Commonwealth Shared Scholars nominated by the University of Oxford and to have been accepted into this highly competitive program,” Yusuff wrote on LinkedIn.
