A young Nigerian lady named Matilda Duku has secured an internship as a Software Engineer at Microsoft Company.
Matilda Duku who works as a cloud engineer bagged an internship with Microsoft Africa Development Centre to train as a certified software engineer.
The Microsoft Africa Development Centre is an important initiative by Microsoft aimed at advancing technology and software engineering in the West African region.
Matilda shared her achievement of bagging the internship on her Linkedin thanking the Microsoft Africa Development Centre, West Africa for giving her the opportunity.

She thanked them for offering her the opportunity to enhance her tech skills by learning from the best in the industry and for giving her a chance to contribute to meaningful projects.
Matilda expressed her gratitude to the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme and United Nations Development Programme Nigeria for providing her with the opportunity to be matched with Microsoft, West Africa.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry at Delta State University and earned her master’s at the same university. After her master’s, Matilda proceeded to Altschool Africa where she earned a Cloud Engineering certificate.
