A young Nigerian man named Theodore Ogedegbe has bagged his bachelor’s degree with a 92% grade at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and was awarded the best graduating student.
Theodore obtained his bachelor’s degree in Communication and Language Arts at the University of Ibadan with first-class honors of cumulative grade point average of 3.70 over 4.00 (Magna Cum Laude).
He scored the second-highest grade point ever recorded in the history of the department. Theodore shared his achievement of graduating from the prestigious university with an outstanding grade of first-class honors on his Linkedin.
”I convoked from the University of Ibadan. It was indeed a glorious day. I finished with a First Class Honours (3.7/4.0) Magna Cum laude and the second-highest CGPA in the history of the Department of Communication and Language Arts,” he said.

Theodore said he was awarded the Brigadier Adisa Award for his commendable leadership qualities which include Honesty, Action, Determination, and Selfless service. He also served as the president of his department.
He also won the Certified Institute of Marketing Award as the joint best student of Marketing Communications. Theodore stated that he would keep working hard to soar higher.
In another story, a young Nigerian man named Dara Adesanya has bagged his bachelor’s degree with a 94% grade at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He also won nine awards as a best-graduating student.
Dara Adesanya obtained his bachelor’s degree in Communication and Language Arts with a cumulative grade point average of 3.77 over 4.00. He scored the highest grade point ever recorded in the history of the department. Read more about Dara HERE.
