A brilliant African-American boy named Anthony Mays II has emerged as the best-graduating student of Magnet School for Science and Technology after he scored an outstanding 4.93 cumulative grade point.
Anthony’s outstanding performance earned him acceptance from top universities in the United States.
He maintained straight As all through his high school which made his graduate from Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology with an outstanding grade of distinction.
Anthony earned acceptance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Stanford University, Brown University, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, and Dartmouth University.
Anthony’s mother, Demeka Breedlove-Mays said he earned all A’s on every report card from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
She added he had an A too in their advanced placement (AP) courses. In high school, Anthony took 18 AP courses opting for a non-AP course only if the course was an elective or an AP course was not available.
He also made history as the only male and the only Black valedictorian for the Class of 2019 in the entire Rockdale County Public School District.

Anthony said he will be studying for his bachelor’s degree at Stanford University with plans to major in Management Science-Engineering and Mathematics with Mandarin as his language of study.
