Despite working as a full-time staff while studying, young lady graduates university with 4.73 first-class degree

While juggling a full-time job and her studies, a young lady named Chidera Onyekuru has successfully graduated from the University of Lagos with a 4.73 cumulative grade point first-class degree.

Chidera Onyekuru bagged her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She graduated from the university with first-class honors of 4.73 over a possible 5.00 cumulative grade point.

Chidera shared her achievement of graduating with an outstanding grade stating that she was amazed at how she was able to pass despite juggling her studies with a full-time job and other duties.

She said even though she was working as a full-time staff, she still managed a non-profit organization and handled several other commitments. ”I really finished with a 4.73 CGPA while juggling a 9-5, managing a non-profit and handling several other commitments. Bye guys, I want to cry again,” she tweeted.

Chidera worked as a Digital and Creative Marketing Strategist for Chocolate Music City, a media and entertainment company consisting of a music label, music distribution company, and management consulting firm in Nigeria while a student at the university.

She was also the programs and communication lead for JTA Foundation, a non-profit organization that improves the lives of less privileged children, through educational outreaches.
