KAPSARC Graduate Development Program Details:
The Graduate Development Program is a 12-month program that provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain experience in different program tracks. The program is designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of roles.
KAPSARC has two GDP tracks which are:
- Consulting
- Enabling

Eligibility Requirements for KAPSARC Graduate Program 2025
To be considered for the KAPSARC Graduate Development Program, you must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.
- Have a GPA of 3.2 out of 4, 4.0 out of 5.0, or a 60 out of 100.
- Be available for a 1-year full-time one year role contract
- Possess an internationally recognized certificate.
- Have graduated between 2024 and 2025.
- Have between 0-1 year of work experience.
- Have at least an IELTS academic score of 6.5 or a TOEFL of 79 and above.
