Karma Bridges – The eldest daughter of award-winning American musician and actor, Christopher Bridges ‘Ludacris’, who gained admission to Spelman College at the age of 19 has now graduated from the university with honors grades.
Karma Bridges obtained her bachelor’s degree in Documentary Filmmaking and Film Studies at the prestigious HBCU. She graduated from Spelman College with a Sum Cum Laude grade.
Her father, Ludacris is a three-time Grammy award winner with several other awards to his name throughout his 25 years old career as a musician, record producer and record executive.

Ludacris told People that he is extremely proud of his daughter. He described her as talented, beautiful, and passionate about her work and also wished her a lot of success and happiness in the future.
Sharing her achievement on her Instagram, Karma expressed her gratitude to Spelman College for all the memories she has been able to create in the past four years.
”Thank you for showing me the meaning of sisterhood, for reminding me of my strength, and for pushing me beyond my limits,” Ludacris said.
”The memories I’ve created over the past four years will last forever. I am so thankful to God, to my family, to my professors, and to my Spelman sisters for helping me reach this milestone,” she added.
Talking about her plans after graduating, Karma said she wants to make movie and film content that helps shape and change the social and political landscape. She said she want to tell stories that are meaningful and thought-provoking.
“I’ve always been drawn to storytelling due to its ability to heal, inspire, educate, create empathy, and ultimately catalyze positive change in the world,” Karma said.
”As a young Black woman, there’s an indescribable joy when I encounter films or TV shows that authentically and comprehensively represent individuals like me,” she added.
Karma stated that as she moves into the next stage in her life, she plans to make a difference in her community through telling unique and authentic stories that resonate with her and one day inspire those that will come after her.
”I believe that exposure to diverse narratives enable people to connect on a profound level, breaking stereotypes and creating a deeper understanding of each other’s lives,” she said.
