AFRICA | Popular Ghanaian actress and film producer, Juliet Ibrahim, has finally earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Communications from Berkeley College in the United States, 20 years after she put her academic dreams on hold.
39-year-old Juliet shared her achievement on Instagram, expressing deep pride in her journey and reflecting deeply on the journey that led her to this long-awaited academic milestone.
As the first daughter in her family, Juliet stated that after high school, she chose to put her education on hold to support her siblings.
She rose to fame at the age of 19 and quickly became overwhelmed with the demands of a busy career. At the time, she never thought she would ever find the space to return to school.

But it changed four years ago when she met a friend who encouraged her to revisit her dream and reminded her that it is never too late to begin again.
Juliet enrolled for an online class at Berkeley College in 2021. She credited the school for welcoming her with open arms, making her feel seen and safe as an adult online student.
After four years of hard work, sacrifice, and resilience, she earned her degree — and not just that, she graduated as an Honors student, having maintained the required GPA throughout her studies.
Balancing motherhood, a full-time public career, and academics was very challenging. Juliet graduated with a cumulative GPA of 3.33, and though she initially felt disappointed for not meeting her personal goal of 3.5, she found peace in knowing she gave it her all.
She reminded herself that being human means embracing imperfection and that every sleepless night, every sacrifice, and every study hour was worth it.
For Juliet, her accomplishment represents more than just a certificate. It is proof of her perseverance and a celebration of everything she overcame to get here.
To every woman still chasing her goals against the odds, Juliet encourages them to keep going, as it is never too late.
