A brilliant Nigerian lady named Abe Anthonis has achieved remarkable academic success, graduating as the Overall Best Student of the 2022/2023 set at Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State, Nigeria.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Language with an exceptional CGPA of 4.82.
Sharing her achievement on LinkedIn, Anthonia reflected on her incredible journey of faith, determination, and growth that led to the milestone. Anthonis credited God’s faithfulness and the unwavering support of family, friends, and mentors for her success.

She recounted how her first-year roommates inspired her to aim for academic excellence, a mindset that carried her through sleepless nights, moments of self-doubt, and the sacrifices required to excel.
Her journey was far from conventional. In addition to her academic pursuits, she ran two businesses—a hairdressing and nail design service in her first and second years and later joined a networking and freelancing organization, Faith Heroic Generation, in her third and fourth years.
Despite juggling these responsibilities, she also served as an executive in her campus fellowship and organized tutorials for her peers and junior coursemates, honing her skills in self-discipline, prioritization, and resilience.
She described her undergraduate journey as one filled with challenges and triumphs, culminating in this significant achievement. Reflecting on her experiences, she emphasized the importance of dreaming big and never limiting oneself.
”With faith in God, hard work, and perseverance, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. Here’s to new beginnings and even greater heights,” she said.
Anthonia expressed heartfelt gratitude to her parents, siblings, family, friends, her level adviser, her project supervisor, and her lecturers, acknowledging their love, support, and sacrifices as instrumental to her success.
