Portland State University is offering the International Elite Scholar & Diversity Awards valued at ($32,000 gross) $8,000 per academic year to deserving international students who want to undergo a degree program at the Institution.

The International Achievement Scholarship is awarded to new incoming international undergraduate students on the basis of their academic achievement. Students who maintain high academic standing are automatically reviewed for the scholarship at the time of admission.Â
