A brilliant man named Anokye Nkrumah-Ababio has returned to school to bag a Law after he had earlier earned a Pharmacy degree at the University of Ghana. He was also called to bar as a Ghanian lawyer
Anokye bagged his first bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at the University of Ghana, Accra before he proceeded to the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration to obtain a bachelor of Law (LL.B).
After he graduated, he went on to the Ghana School of Law where he was inducted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He shared his achievement on Linkedin of being called to the bar as a certified Ghana lawyer.
”Exactly a month ago, I got called to the Ghanaian bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana,” he said. Anokye mentioned that he is eager to blend his pharmaceutical insights with the complicated domains of health law, ethics, and policy.

Anokye said he envisions a future where his expertise contributes to an ethical, and accessible healthcare system in third-world countries and the world. He encourages people to join him in the exploration of connecting pharmacy, law, and policy to create a healthier future.
In another story, a young African lady named Matilda Akayesi has been called into the Ghana Bar as a Lawyer and was awarded a scholarship to study for her master’s at the University of Oxford, England in the United Kingdom.
Matilda bagged her bachelor’s degree in Law at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana before she proceeded to the Ghana School of Law where she was inducted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Read more about Matilda HERE.
