AMERICA | Natalia Bryant, the 22-year-old daughter of late basketball legend Kobe Bryant, has graduated with a degree in Cinematic Arts from the University of Southern California (USC), United States.
Her achievement is not just an academic milestone but a deeply emotional one. Natalia lost her father, an American professional basketball player with a 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association, in a tragic helicopter crash in 2020.
To honor his memory, she wore a sash that featured his iconic Nike “Black Mamba” logo — a symbol of his passion, strength, and legacy.

Natalie earned the degree with honors (summa cum laude). Her mother, Vanessa Bryant, proudly shared the moment on Instagram, expressing how proud the family is.
“We’re so proud of you!” she wrote, sharing pictures from her graduation ceremony.
Since her father’s passing, Natalia has continued to carry his legacy, not just by honoring him publicly, but by following a similar path of creativity. She pursued her interest in film and storytelling, a passion she and her father once shared.
While completing her studies, Natalia also built a career as a model, showing strength and balance as she chased her dreams both in and out of the classroom.
